Volkswagen

The brief:

An events company employed my services to help them with some creative ideas for event design for a pitch for a Volkswagen launch event. As well as some creative solutions, they also needed full specifications and costing’s for the supply of all products for the proposed event.

The solution:

I presented several concepts for event design, from a brand friendly super corporate style, to a completely bespoke ‘off the wall’ concept.

We went on to win the pitch over several other agencies due, in part, to the strength of my creative thinking behind the event design (only the final design is presented here).

In close collaboration with the client, the chosen event design was tweaked to tick several necessary brand boxes, and then the final design rolled out across several different products.

I project managed the whole creative side, from developing the concept to rolling the design out across several different products, commissioning third party suppliers for the production and delivery of all items, getting costing’s, controlling budgets, and organising installation and breakdown of all materials before and after the event.
